AUGUST 11TH TO 19TH  |  TUSCARORA NATION TERRITORY

The recital will be in Tuscarora soon enough and we would like to give you a brief update as to where the Planning Committee is at with everything.

Site preparations have been executed – tent location, staging & sound, security, parking.  School maintenance will ensure a safe & clean venue.  The school will be open to accommodate our elderly indoors and out of the elements.

Tuscarora Picnic Grove has opened up their location to accommodate any campers.  Showers are available inside the school just next door and bathrooms are on-site.  Hotel blocks have been setup and we have links readily available to help you book your rooms. The Tuscarora Planning Committee, being conscientious about the resources we use during the recital, hopes to limit waste as much as possible.  They will have washing stations for all your dishes, cups, & utensils; and, blue bins for sorting & recycling.  Just a reminder: In 2015, Akwesasne set an amazing precedent by producing only 8 bags of waste during their 6 day recital.
